I have been a terrible blogger. I’ll admit it. My priorities always come down to making sure my clients orders are processed quickly as possible and my emails are answered swiftly. Blogging and social media have always taken a back-burner to producing new work for my clients. But this year I really want to spend time getting my images out there. Each session I photograph is like telling a story from my heart. I love showcasing my beautiful newborn clients, adorable families, timeless weddings and beaming moms-to-be. Sharing my work is a really wonderful part of my job, a part that I really want to get better at. I have never been one to make “New Years Resolutions” but I think this might just have to be it! So fingers crossed I don’t fall off the bandwagon by February like most resolutioners and these updates are here to stay!
Little Griffin was welcomed in to a beautiful family with an adoring “big” sister Harper. It seems like just yesterday I was photographing wee Miss Harper’s cake smash- I can’t believe how quickly time goes. This little family moved into their new home just in the nick of time for him to make his arrival- nothing like moving and having a baby all within a few weeks! Griffin loves his snuggles and was a dream to photograph. I’m also pretty confident he never cries 😉
Thank you Yancey Family for having me in your gorgeous home to photograph your new little family of four. These relaxed sessions are the best for new moms- no rush, no stress and no pressure- just photographing your family as they are, on their own timeline. We take milk breaks as needed and make sure everyone is happy and calm-toddlers and all! If you’re expecting a new baby, send me a message, I’d love to create some memories with you too.
xoxo,
Kelsy
