2016 already feels like it’s going to be a great year. There’s already been amazing things happening- I’ve been booking fantastic clients, I have traveled to the mountains (twice!), I have been able to get my website updated with some of my favourite sessions from the last couple of years. But mostly I’m happy about having my sister home from her bone-marrow transplant. We are so grateful to an anonymous donor who made this all possible. So much gratitude. I wanted to share some of my happiness around. So I am hosting a giveaway! I haven’t had a major giveaway in the past and so now I’m going BIG for 2016. By entering below you can win a full family lifestyle session including the high resolution files on USB and wall prints! This package has a value of over $1500. I’m not sure if I’ll ever offer a contest as big as this again, so hurry up and enter!
There’s a few minor rules-
- The contest is open to anyone, but the session must take place in Edmonton, Alberta. However, I do travel throughout the province of Alberta frequently, and would love to make it work in your hometown, but I can not guarantee a session anywhere else but Edmonton.
- The session must take place before August 31st 2016
- The session is for a single couple or a single family unit only. Extended family sessions will not be considered.
- The contest will end on February 7th 2016 at 12am MST. Winner will be selected by random draw of those who followed the steps outlined below. Each step will be verified prior to announcement of winner.

And because I hate a post with no pictures, here are my 15 images for 2015. There were SO many great moments from the year and I couldn’t bear to post a “top 15” since narrowing it down would be impossible. But here’s a few of my favourites. I’m looking forward to sharing more images from these sessions on my blog in the coming months.
Happy 2016,
Kelsy
And my favourite random image of the year, my daughters on Huntington Beach in California. I’m not sure why I love it so, it’s grainy and a little blurry and not technical at all. But it speaks to me, those are my girls. It’s completely them. And that’s what this whole photography thing is all about.
Looking forward to summer and family get togethers! Love your photography, you are very talented!
