Lyndsy & Danny are getting married this winter in Edmonton and I’m going to be coming out of hibernation to photograph it. Hopefully we get one of those elusive winter days with warmer temperatures and crisp, freshly fallen snow. There was nothing to complain about on the gorgeous night of their engagement portraits (well, just the mosquitoes, but I’m tired of complaining about them- it’s just a given now if you are outside in Edmonton in the summer you will be ridiculously bitten). I liked Lyndsy and Danny from the moment I met them- just warm, friendly people who make you feel important being around them. Lyndsy was super excited for our session and told me she was “up for anything”. When we arrived at one of my pre-scouted locations that was unfortunately all locked up when we arrived (honestly, it was wide open every time I’ve ever gone by BUT that night) Lyndsy asked if I needed her to climb the 6 foot barbed wire fence. And she was totally serious about it. Luckily I had lots of other ideas and there was no need to commit a little B&E. HA. But I loved her for her enthusiasm!
I am so looking forward to your winter wedding. Knowing how fun you guys are, I can only imagine a room of your friends and family 🙂
