Michelle and Graham were married at the Jasper Park Lodge this February. Jasper has such a great vibe to it- relaxed, gorgeous and fun- much like Michelle and Graham. They were so easy going on their wedding day- JPL had taken care of everything little thing leaving them to just enjoy the moments. We seriously lucked out on the weather side too. I drove up to Jasper and back home in a snow storm, but their entire day was sunny and beautiful. If it had been a day earlier or later there is no way we would have ventured outside long for photographs. The ceremony was held in the grand ballrom with a little bit of Czech tradition to personalize the ceremony. At the end of the vows together they sawed a log in half. I’d never seen that tradition before and it made everyone cheer when they finally got through the log 🙂 The reception was full of laughs (mostly at the couples’ expense) along with many goodbyes since next week they are leaving to start their new life together in Houston. How exciting for you both to leave the land of eternal winter!
Thanks again for a fantastic day in the mountains,
Cheers
