I was sooo looking forward to photographing this little guy’s newborn session at their home. \u00a0I loved meeting and photographing Asher’s parents at their (very pretty)<\/em> maternity session<\/a>\u00a0<\/span> and \u00a0I was grateful to be present for the first moments of his life at his birth. \u00a0During our first time together at their maternity session we talked about becoming parents and how quickly it changes everything you think about. \u00a0We talked about the nervous excitement when thinking about \u00a0even holding your baby for the first time. We talked about how much you can love a baby you haven’t even met yet. Then I watched when they actually got to hold Asher for the first time and I smiled seeing how perfectly they fell into their new roles. Becoming a parent truly is all encompassing. It’s more feelings at once then you could \u00a0have imagined. It’s beautiful to watch and an honour to document.<\/p>\n

Thank you for the joy it is to photograph your new baby. There’s not a lot I like more then being able to see new families come together. It is truly one of my favourite things and I am so lucky to be a photographer who gets to document moments like this.<\/p>\n
