Today is our 5th anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been five years since we read our vows to each other surrounded by our closest friends and family. I can’t believe how much more I love Tim today then I did that day. We’ve laughed together, cried together and grown together. It’s an amazing thing to love someone so much.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We are celebrating our anniversary together today\u00a0in Punta Cana. Back on a beach like the one where we wed.\u00a0We wrote our own vows for our wedding and I have to admit that writing our own was the perfect addition to our wedding.\u00a0\u00a0It just made it so much more personal and emotional. I’ll never forget what he said to me so sincerely and honestly. \u00a0I saved the original pieces of paper which we wrote them on and brought copies of them with us on this trip.\u00a0\u00a0So now alone on the beach ( but with Violet in tow) we\u00a0will renew those vows once again.\u00a0 It’s my suprize\u00a0anniversary gift to Tim. I can’t wait.<\/p>\n

Don’t we look so young? \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Thanks Shaun<\/a> for these wonderful images. Hiring a wedding photographer I loved and trusted was my second best decision that day. I look through my wedding album all the time and treasure the memories kept inside that book.<\/p>\n

eta- Trip was great! No better way to celebrate an anniversary then getting away from the snow. Tim was super surprised when I brought out our vows to read. He had no idea I had kept the originals these past years. We hadn’t read them since our wedding day and it was very emotional for both of us. I cried more then I did at our wedding since the words about becoming\u00a0family and “through good times and hard” were all real.\u00a0It couldn’t have been more perfect<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
