Last time I photographed the Scade family we were on the beach in beautiful Honduras, and Stephanie was still expecting their son, Ari. We had some magic light that evening and had amazing little session. I was pretty happy when all the stars aligned yet again for our session in anticipation of the arrival of their third child. There’s not much better then golden light on a warm fall evening. I wanted to soak every last minute of that sunshine up- and winter came not too far after. I love these people like my own family, they’re some of my favourites in the whole world- and for good reason, they are some of the kindest most genuine people you could ever meet. And now I’m looking forward to photographing them again this spring in the green rolling hills of Ireland. What’s the chances we can get another evening of perfect sun? I’ll take my chances!
